Yoga bras!

Hi ladies! Maybe I'm the last person to discover this but I was shopping yesterday for sports bras I can sleep in - my boobs are sorest in the morning when I wake up. I'm petite but boobs are big, but the problem with most sports bras is they are meant for sports, hello, so they actively compress. I stumbled upon what turned out to be a yoga bra ($5 on clearance!) and it's PERFECT. Not a lot of fabric or compression but just enough support for sleeping and lounging. Just wanted to share!

I did the same thing yesterday!Best decision ever! Went to Big W (im in australia) and brought a yoga bra for $10 but when I scanned it at the checkout it was $5.25! Going back to buy more today after having a great nights sleep with it

I don't like my sports bras. My boobs are so sore and heavy, they hurt constantly I wanted to find an alternative to sports bras and underwire .  That's so helpful though thank you.
