aching feet and back

I'm only 24+5 and I can't be on my feet ffor more than two hours without my feet and back killing me.  It's horrible timing with how much I want to get done before the baby gets here.  Even when I have the energy, my body aches.  Any suggestions?

I can feel your pain, im 25 weeks and standing on my feet 7 hrs a day, its absolutely killing me, actually got blisters on my foot yesterday but I also need the money, so I am just crying in the toilet and trying to get on with it but honestly not sure how much longer I can take it:-/ x

I'm in the same boat as you are. I'm 26 weeks and it just hurts to stand for long periods of time. Your center of gravity is all out of wack, so your back hurts more. And also your feet can hurt because of this. And your feet do sometimes grow during pregnacy. My last pregnacy I was a size bigger in shoes.
Try wearing better foot support. And when I sit I roll my foot over a tennis ball. It helps alot!

Well u havent gained that much. Usually it's the weight that makes ur back hurt. Ur feet if they aren't swelling they shouldn't hurt. I get a bit of back pain but just towards the end of the day n only if I've been sitting or laying down to much. If I go exercise or am active then it doesn't hurt. My feet don't hurt at all. Are u sitting for long hours at your work?

U need to fight it n try to be active. . Ur barely 24 weeks.. If u just give in n be lazy ur going to be in so much more pain through the remainder of ur pregnancy. That's is y a healthy diet n exercised is recommended so u make the pains less.. but if ur feet r swelling so much there might be something causing it beside the pregnancy.. maybe ur salt intake needs to be reduced. How much weight have u gained?

My job isnt very active.  I'm only on my feet for an hour or so at a time.  I am over weight, but ive never gotten so achy like this from physical activity before.  I have been swimming for exercise, so I've been trying to stay active, but things keep getting harder :(

I feel you should consult with your doctor about it and see what he/she says. Because I'm 28 weeks and I work standing up, my feet hurt sometimes, but when I keep shifting my weight it helps a lot. But your baby may want you to relax...
