I here this levels out after the first tri. Our bodies and minds become used to the hormone levels and get a bit normal again. Fingers crossed.

I hear you. My fiance and I had a blow all because I got mad over something stupid. I'm at work and he fell asleep while we were fighting. During arguments it's like he forgets but when we settle down its oh you know I understand blah blah blah. Like why can't you calm me down while were fighting and remind me I'm hormonal lol!! Lol I hope this passes soon. At work I get so annoyed with my favorite coworker and she knows I'm pregnant so she like gives me some quiet time to grt over the mood swing. I feel crazy snapping at ppl especially that don't know I'm pregnant

I've been having mood swings too, mostly just feeling more irate about things that already bother me, like small things at work and with my husband. I try not to act on it and it's kind of interesting to become aware of it and realize it's the hormones. Very normal I think, just try to be mindful and let the feeling pass.

I get like this lately too and I feel bad cause everything my boyfriend does and says gets under my skin. I am soooo irritable. Hoping it's just hormones and goes away soon
