Yes. I am in the same boat. Eat every couple of hours to keep your energy up!!! Almonds, fruit, cheese. The temptation is to eat lots of sugar for energy but that will only last so long before a crash!! I miss my coffe
I went cold turkey and stopped Caffiene all together. Its to the point now that my family is sick of hearing me say "I miss coffee" They just tune me out now.
I've been having a cup of decaf in the afternoon for a mental boost lol!
I tried Decaf yesterday. It was gross(coffee flows through my veins, it's my life force) I'm so tired and miss my coffee
I've been doing half regular, half decaf because straight decaf tastes awful
I keep trying to cover the taste of decaf with creamer. It works ok. I mostly just want something hot to drink! I don't think I'll have this much trouble in the summer.
I miss my iced mocha from Starbucks :(((
I'm struggling too.. I gave 2cups of decaf now, and I'll get a decaf latte on the way to work around 2pm... I heard around 200mg is the limit for daily intake. Obviously check that number though... Different studies are out there. It is so very hard though.. I feel your pain. I drank coffee alllll day long.. Full-caf! It's a big change for me too. We'll get through it! :)
We gave an espresso machine... Decaf esspresso is not as bad as decaf brew! Just saying! Lol!
Not so much coffee but I love energy drinks which I have quit completely. I miss them though hehe
