What everyone else said. I've also been adding a teaspoon of flax seeds on my salads or cereal. You wont need more, trust me lol.
I started eating granny smith apples and pumpkin seeds (not together just in the same day) and I swear it made it all better. I have no idea which one did the trick but it doesn't hurt anymore so I don't care.
Try eating a banana in morning.
Drink warm water with honey and lemon after u brush.

Yes! I am about 13 weeks 4 days and was going thru the same thing to where when i would sit i would be in pain. Drink lots of water! I have been eating aLot of fruit and it has been really helping and also my doctor said stool softener Colice helps which i took for a week and just finally starting to go a little bit. Doctor also told me today Miralax if needed ia okay!!
