cramps 8-11 weeks

Hi ladies, so ive been getting minor cramps since 8 weeks and tmrw ill be 11 weeks, and whenever i am on my feet too much or if im dealing with a stressful situation my cramps get worse. I just wanted to see if anyone else has gone through this too. Im not spotting or bleeding, and tmrw i have my first ultra sound thank jesus. I keep having nightmares about not seeing my baby

Mine haven't been to bad other than the weekend I chased my two nieces and nephew through a play area and had to help the little one down the slide. My doctor said as long as it wasn't major cramping and there was no blood I was fine. Hope your cramping gets better.

My cramps come and go. I'm 11 weeks tomorrow too and even today I was getting bad cramps after spending 2 hours cleaning my house. I think it's just overworking the body a little bit and after I sat and rested awhile I haven't had anymore pain since. I wouldn't worry too much
