Similar to zuelma1015, I only felt dizzy one time, in the morning after taking a shower. I hadn't eaten or taken my prenatals yet. Almost as soon as I took the vitamins I felt better. I just got the opportunity to wake up a little later than usual on this particular morning and I think not having my vitamins on time messed with my internal schedule a little bit. You can also try exercising too. It definitely helps! Best of luck.
I feel like I have to eat every 1-2 hours or else I get super dizzy I start shaking and feel like I'm starving to death
Yup. My midwife has me eating every 1-2 hours and it seems to help
My blood pressure has gone down since Ive been pregnant. I have to move slowly:P
I've had it happen twice, both times my vision started to go and I was okay after sitting for a little while, having some water and eating a little something. I figured it was low blood sugar and when I asked the nurse she said she wasn't worried and I was probably right about the low blood sugar and need to make sure I'm eating enough
I go through this everyday 24 hours a day I can't stand it doctors don't know what it is they say vertigo but it's been going on for like 10 months straight
I get dizzy and light headed too. It's so frustrating. It happened once just as I was getting into the car and I hit my head on the door frame hard enough to get a lump. My doc has me eating every 1-2 hours and that seems to help some.
Dizziness is normal during second trimester according to my doctor. Try to rest as much possible and stay calm. You are fine I am sure. :)
They say dizziness is normal fainting is when you need to go to the doctor. I kept forgetting to take my prenatals now that I take them everyday I don't get the dizzy spells.
