I am more hungrier than before pregnancy
So I'm eating a little more, I know I'm going to gain weight but I'm trying to make healthier choices
Spinach mushrooms onion red bell peppers sautéed together, then I make an egg whites omlett on the side
Can have that breakfast lunch and dinner, a much healthier choice yet filling
I'm definitely hungrier, and eating something every few hours.
I feel like I'm hungry more a lot more but only for salads yogurt or seltzer water smh
I haven't been eating sweets. I just can't find food that sounds good nor looks good haha. So I am trying to find out what other people eat.
I haven't had any massive changes apart from being tired all of the time. Although I have gone off sweets which is good haha.
