Had my first u/s today and me and doc couldn't find baby.. i knew then something was wrong.. then i saw a flickering on the screen and thought my baby is fine there's a heartbeat! But i couldn't see the fetus.. that's when doc stopped scanning and said "the baby is not in your womb.. you know what i mean by this right?" She instructed me to go to the hospital tomorrow morning to have it rechecked.. but i knew she was right.. it's just so sad because this is my second miscarriage.. the first one is the baby stopped growing at 6 weeks.. now this.. it's just so unfair that im always one of those people who can't have their prognancies normal.. :(

I've had one and it freaks me out that itl happen again . I'm currently 2 months and 5 days pregnant . ultrasound made me cry BC last time there was NO baby . this time I actually seen it.  I have a fibroid, but my doctor said not to worry .. If you're not seeing it , it could be in your tubes or not far along enough.  I feel your pain , no one should have to go through that .

Crossing my fingers you got good news I went to er at 8 weeks and had to be checked for ectopic I got lucky I was ok hope maybe baby was just too small or hiding for you!

Im here at the hospital and the doctor told me that she is not sure if it is an ectopic pregnancy.. she want to make further test and she's hoping for the best!

I got pregnant 3times with in 6-7months. Extremely hard. First 2 planned 3rd one wasn't.

Im going now.. just waiting for hubby.. within 30 min we'll be there.. im thinking about keeping the whole pregnancy thing down for a bit.. i've had these two miscarriage in the span of 8 months.. gonna let my body and heart heal for sometime before trying again.. hope for the best.. thank you everyone.. i hope your pregnancies go smoothly.. baby dust to all..

Just to give you some hope. I've had 2 missed miscarriage. Very heart breaking. Me and my husband decided to quit trying . Well I had a dnc December30th. Never started my period after . Went to e.r. February 10th due to flu. Got told I was pregnant. March 13th I went to e.r. due to strong pains. Found out I'm carrying twins. 3days later got an ultrasound from obgyn . Definitely twins strong heart beats. 184 & 186(: be positive!!!

I would go to the ER straight away. Even if everything is alright, I'd rather know know than tomorrow. At 7 or 8 weeks you're at huge risk if it's really an ectopic. Can't believe your doctor didn't send you off as soon as he got suspicious.
The earlier they find the ectopic the bigger the change they can save your tube.

Maybe the only symptom i cn think of is the brown spotting.. and it only happened 3x during the 7 weeks with the tiniest portion of brown blood.. just a tiny dot on my pad that after i change pads no more spotting..so i thought it was normal..

My doc thinks 8 weeks but my opinion is 7w3d because of irregular cycle.. she didn't send me right away because i don't have severe cramping yet or lower back pains since the beginning of the pragnancy i guess.. i feel normal.. with symptoms that come and go.. but if ever pain comes before morning she told me to rush to the er..

What week are you? Pretty unusual that he didn't send you to hospital straight away. An ectopic pregnancy is an emergency.

Thank you for your kind thoughts.. my brain haven't taken it in yet i guess.. i haven't been crying yet.. just went through the day as if its a normal one.. maybe im still hoping the diagnosis was wrong.. or maybe im already prepared for whatever bad news my doc would bring so it didn't hit me that hard.. i dnt knw.. i feel like im not reacting the way i should..

Had an ectopic last year as well. I'm so sorry for your loss. Wish there was anything I could say to make it better or less painful, but unfortunately there aren't no words.
