hands going numb

For the past 2 nights my arms and hands are going numb sometimes its the left one and sometimes the right its very uncomfortable and feels like pens and needles sticking me and it takes me forever to get the feeling back. Its starting to keep me up at night I don't sleep on my hands so not sure what it is but I'm pretty sure its from my pregnancy. I'm 19weeks has anyone had this or dealing with it that can shead some light.

Thanks I also did some research and the say it could be carpal tunnel caused by pregnancy they said its caused by inflammation in your wrist and u could try getting a brace. I have a Dr. App Thursday so I'll see what he says.

The same thing has been happening to me every night for at least a week.  I'm 16+3.  I tried to find info online and people say its because your blood volume increases during pregnancy so it's easier to cut off circulation.  I hate it.
