Thank you! Ill try sleeping elevated :)
Here recently I have noticed mine came back. Try sleeping elevated, I know it's not that comfortable but it helps. I actually passed out a few times, that's when my dr said go to a cardiologist. Just know it is normal and there isn't anything they can do about it. With this pregnancy I'm sick ALL day long and all night, I have placenta previa and a SCH so I feel you on having more problems. Just try to rest and deep breaths when you feel it gets too uncomfortable.
@watermelon15....i have so many other issues going on id hate to add a cardiologist appt to my list but i may have to ask my doctor about it. It only happens to me when i lay down which is weird and then i get short of breath and have to sit up for a few minutes. I dont wana make a huge deal about it, but i dont want to pass out either! :/ thnx for the reply! :)
I had them with my first pregnancy. My dr referred me to a cardiologist. They did the whole work up. He said it's pretty normal, just don't over exert yourself. Take lots of breaks from standing and walking. I couldn't even make it through the grocery store without feeling like I couldn't breath and my heart was going to stop lol. Also try to stay away from stressful situations it can cause your heart rate to increase. And with palpation you could start getting dizzy and pass out.

Ok...well i feel better now that i know its not just me :)
Thats what i was thinking but its just such a scary feeling when it happens :/
I'm not sure if it's normal but I'm having them too. I think it is because of the extra blood volume we have now.
