Pickle juice and Apple cider vinegar usually are instant relief for heartburn
Stay away from spicy food too :)
I jus turned 12 weeks today and haven't started with any heart burn, but I'll tell you what my mom and sister told me. Stay away from high fat and greasy food and you won't get heart burn. Chili and acid food will only upset your stomach, drink a lot of water and orange juice to help with constipation, and make sure to eat enough food through the day to avoid throwing up. So far it's been helping me a lot as for the tired and sleepiness I sleep in a lot too but always wake up cuz I can't find the right position to sleep in. Hope this helps!
