I take my prenatal pill one times a day. And It has everything I need But No omega 3 an I heard to take it 2nd or 3rd trimester. Just don't remember what was said.

I've been taking it as part of my prenatals. I started 2 months prior to conception and plan on continuing throughout breastfeeding.
