period like crams

Im 11 weeks and I've been having on and off crams like when on period for a few days now, no bleeding though thank God.  But im wondering if that is normal or if I should be going to the doctor.  Im a First time mom so im not sure if I should be worrying.  Im calling my doctor today once they open but I was curious if anyone else is experiencing anything similar.

Had a doctors appointment today & heard my baby's heartbeat! I asked the doctors about the cramps & he said that I have bleeding in me? He told me that just by looking at my ultrasound! He says that's the cause of my cramps! He just suggested to have my feet elevated & not to have sex & to drink a lot of water! A little heads up to yall (:

Yes I'm 12 weeks ftm and get several little pains but no spotting or bleeding. It's just your body making changes for your bundle of joy. Congratulations ladies :)

Yeah my doctor pretry much told me that since the uterus is a muscle that is expanding, crams are normal as long as there is no blood and the pain is not severe. That put me a eased. We just have to hope it goes away after the first trimester

you are not alone I'm 10 weeks pregnant & also get really bad cramps they seem just like menstrual cramps but no bleeding! I heard its normal & a very good sign that were not spotting nor bleeding
