Any mommas out there coffee lovers??

Are you cutting back or stopping at all? I know I should but it is so hard. I'm only 6 weeks so I have some time to mellow out, I only drink 1 cup a day and my doctors have all said that's fine. But just wondering how everyone else is doing with this.

I had a good nap today. I feel rested I just can't close my eyes. I am not looking forward to the judgments... As if we need that right now, right? Lmao! Whew its just coffee.

Sleep for me during pregnancy will never be an issue..I feel like I can never get enough. I enjoy a hot espresso on my way to work but I feel like my co workers judge me on my coffee intake during pregnancy...

I've completely stopped caffeine. Only because I can't go to sleep. Trading in hot milk for coffee, never thought I'd do that. Lol!

It is recommended that we dnt have more than 12oz of caffeine a day. I love coffee, could drink it all day bt I've done well to only have 1 cup about 5-8 oz a day.

I've read 2-3 is fine. I drink decaf and top of the grounds with a bit of caffeinated coffee just so I have a little bit of a pick me up! Some days ill have 2-3 of regular though. Mainly weekends when hubby is home and drinking the coffee too

I'm on 1 cup a day, if I feel well enough I'll do a decaf  for a second cup. Usually the sugar and creamer from the first cup make me nauseated though.

Coffee was my best friend along with mt dew. Mt dew now tastes wrong and makes me gag thank goodness or I'd still be drinking like six a day, coffee on the other hand I just stopped drinking one day cause I've had two miscarriages and I'm paranoid about everything. Its hard to quit caffeine though, sometimes it can be harder on baby if you're body is too used to it, so if one cup a day feels fine to you then you're golden. :)

I used to drink lots of tea but now can't stomach it at all. Now having to drink water to keep my fluid intake up. Luckily I've never liked coffee :)

I drank coffee with all my kids and this one as well. I'm 7 weeks. All my kiddos came out just fine.  I drink 2 cups and sometimes with added espresso depending on my day.

I drank 1-2 cups a day with my first, so I think I'm making progress...I might even try decaf to see if maybe the taste isn't to bad.

I love coffee too. But I cut it out. They said one was fine but I would rather just cut back on caffeine
