too much walking?
Hi ladies..
Just got back from vacation six flags, disney land, and universal studies. Had some minor cramping but nothing out of the ordinary just exhausted at the end of each day! Is there a Thing as too much walking? I feel okay aside from the exhaustion and slight cramping
Just got back from vacation six flags, disney land, and universal studies. Had some minor cramping but nothing out of the ordinary just exhausted at the end of each day! Is there a Thing as too much walking? I feel okay aside from the exhaustion and slight cramping
I get that slight cramping when I stand or walk for awhile but I'm 12 weeks and 2 days... Not sure if it's normal.
