vaginal birth with stitches

I had a vaginal birth and ended up ripping and needing stitches, this was on Oct 25th. At first bleeding was normal and got lighter but now I'm experiencing intense cramps and heavier bleeding. I read that breastfeeding can increase the bleeding but the cramps have me woried. Anyone else going through this?

The cramps are normal just your uterus  shrinking. I had 2 tears and some days the bleeding  and cramping are heavier than others.

The cramping is normal because it's your uterus shrinking. Breastfeeding helps it shrink faster too, so you might notice your stomach go down faster. Your bleeding will fluctuate a bit through the next few weeks. I'm a day shy of being 5 weeks postpartum, and my bleeding finally completely stopped today. :) i know my stitches area is still kinda sore, so just use the squirt bottle, like I have, until your ready to go back to toliet paper. Just don't rush the healing, it takes time. Also if your walking around doing a lot, your bleeding will increase too. So make sure to relax.

It's normal...i am breastfeeding and my baby will be a month in 4 days. You might be doing too much, moving too fast, carrying too much, or simply not resting. Thats what they told me when they say 40 days of rest they mean it.
