Raisin bran helps alot!!! But if that fails miralax is the next best thing I can think of bc it's also safe for children under two.
I've made it a habit to eat cereal like raisin bran most mornings for breakfast and eating a few prunes every couple of days and it really helps with keeping me regular.

I have the same problem and my doctor told me to take Miralax. You can get pretty much anywhere. It takes a couple days to kick in.
