My co-worker gave me peppermints and that seemed to work for me
Try peppermint and ginger candies or teas. Sometimes they can calm your stomach enough to get something down. Good luck!
Try & eat every few hours. Try salty crackers & juice. It should help if not try something w/ citrus in it, it should mellow it out
