Cry baby

I've been crying alot. I have been going through so much and I cry all the time. It just seems like everyone is doing me so bad. Is all this crying unhealthy for my baby? I might be even on the verge of being depressed. I don't want to jeopardize my pregnancy. Is this considered stress?

Hi hunni, id just like to say congratulations. Also, you're doing wonderfully,. It's normal to cry more during pregnancy, hormones causing all sorts of craziness in my head. I told my partner off for kissing me on the cheek, haha. But if you are feeling like you are getting low speak to your midwife/doctor. Everybody is different, people talk about prenatal depression, but they don't talk about antenatal depression. It's a real thing, hormones do all sorts of crazy stuff. Thankfully there's no proof about us getting stressed and passing it to our babies, so there's hope.

Feel better soon, beautiful x
