My suggestion, try and maintain, at the end you'd have lost weight. Eat every few hours, and don't try silly diets. If you worried about your weight through out your pregnancy then you won't enjoy it. X
Thank you everyone. I know I should probably let it go but it's really bothering me. My cousin just had twins 2 months ago and that was her 5th pregnancy... She already has her old body back. I don't get it! Plus, I'm bigger now at 9 weeks than she was at 9 months with twins!!!! Ugh... Just feeling really bad about myself.

Look into the 21 day fix diet. It's more just about eating lots of fruit and veggies and cutting out white flour and sugar. Perfectly fine to do while pregnant. I know exactly how you feel tho. My first appt is tomorrow and I will be 9 weeks Saturday. I never list all the weight from my first... Never list all the weight after my second.... And now starting this pregnancy at the weight I ended my first pregnancy at. :-/
Same here. My daughter is 1 and I'm about 7 weeks but I look about 3 or 4 months. I had just started working out to lose the weight from the first pregnancy then this happened. But I read that we show sooner the second time around. It's like our bodies already know what to do
Don't feel bad about yourself! It's tough losing that baby weight & no one ever really warns you that with the second pregnancy we show so much earlier. My belly has already popped out too, another unexpected surprise ;). If you're really concerned about your weight just try and eat healthy (as hard as that is chasing around a toddler). But know that your belly will look bigger earlier this time and that's 100% normal!
