breastfeeding w/ pierced nipples.

This is my second baby. I successfully breastfed my first without issues. Since then I have gotten my nipples pierced. They are well established. I do know not to have jewellery in while actually feeding new baby. However, should I take them out now and let them heal long before new baby is born to save from any possible issues, or does it even matter?

Im not a professional bu5 i feel like the peircings itself might cause issues cause of the holes. I would let them heal and then if your deadset on keeping them just have them redone after your little one is weaned off
