Should I be worried that am having server pelvic/ vag pain at only 33 weeks

I'll be 34 weeks tomorrow with my son that has an extra chromosome and I have been feeling these pain for the last few days bad to point it puts me in tears

I'm 33 weeks with my 4th. I never had pelvic pain with any of the other 3. This one I feel like someone is hitting my pelvic with a cinder block. It hurts so bad to turn over in bed,  when I get up from bed,  sitting and having to stand up.  It's horrible. I talked to my Dr. About it and he said it's because she has dropped so low already.  I sucks
