Am I pregnant????

I just had my babygirl 6 weeks ago, NO IM NOT PREGNANT this is the only way I could keep this post in this communitie without them moving it to a different one!!!!

ANYWAYS like I said my baby is 6 weeks old and last Wednesday me & her father decided to go our separate ways. So he moved out!

I'm getting cash aid for my oldest daughter from a previous relationship, and while I was pregnant with my baby I added my baby and her dad to my case well today I have an apt with my case worker to go ahead and add him to my case which NOW I don't want to & I didn't report his move out right then and there because I knew I had my apt coming up and figured id just let her know when I had my meeting with her, now he HAS to go with me to this apt since it was to add him on.... But since I no longer what that and I let him know we came to an agreement that every Friday he will give me $50 for the baby since his checks don't come out to much and it's a WRITEN AGREEMENT SIGNED BY HIM anyways if I tell my worker that will that get him off having to pay child support since he is supporting his baby he's such a great guy an he's there for his baby and provides for her and gets her everything I don't want CS to get him since he's not a deadbeat dad!!!!!

??????????????

Your boyfriend may have to either have the child support taken out of his check or send a check to family services. Talk to your case worker about this, they should know what you should do.

In other words, if you have a private agreement, is that enough to overrule the child-support regulations he might face?  Sorry, don't know.  I would ask an attorney or someone at a free clinic.
