It will get better. Maybe! lol my sister hated her husband her whole pregnancy. It may be your body getting used to all the extra hormones. You for sure need to explain to him that your going through something that your not understanding yourself and try to take time outs for yourself when your feeling extra annoyed. Hope it gets better!
Thank you so much, googling now :)
Yes, you wouldn't believe how relaxing yoga is. My daughter is a yoga teacher and she deals with people of every age, even expecting moms. It helps so much to relax and calm you down because it works on the happy endorphin's. Find a class you expecting mommy's. Many places have evening and weekend classes and they can be donation based. Meaning, you give what you can.
Please give this a try. It should also help you have a much easier delivery because your body is in shape, you do a lot of stretching and you learn to breathe properly.
My daughter has arthritis and anxiety and with being a yoga teacher it helps both of these so much.
Google yoga classes in your area. I'm sure you will find several that will work with your schedule.
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
I am at the end of my pregnancy and have felt very angry or mean throughout it. More than normal. I try to tell myself the good things. I won't get into that because it's all obvious but you know - how blessed I am and all that. It helps sometimes. Other times I honestly just shut out the world. I need to for everyone's sanity and my own. I hide in my bedroom and take a nap or go to the bathroom at work for 10 min just to get some relief from stress. It's easier said than done but try to find little things yout enjoy and seize the opportunities the next 9 months. It's very hard, but you NEED to.
I am super tired also. I work a very physical full time job. I dream of my bed all day. I wish I could control my anger better, wonder if yoga would help?
I'm like that too. I think being exhausted all the time makes me cranky. This will make 5 kids for me though so that's a big reason for the tiredness and attitude
Try talking to them each when you're not feeling as crazy and explain that you realize you're having crazy spells but that you love them and don't mean any harm!
