Lived with my ex's family for a good while and even though they were nice people, living with other people, especially parents, is extrreemely hard. Especially when you have a child and you are going to want to be in control of your life and have intimate moments and bonding together, living with family is going to take your control and independence and privacy and intimacy away. Do anything you can to avoid it. Get a cheap smaller place, cut out your non essential bills, cut back on your groceries, whatever you have to do. Moving in with family is last resort. Its the step before being homeless.

If we needed to I would. But me and my in laws get along great. Plus we are at one another houses constantly. But that's just our family dynamics

No.. don't even think about it. Nothing is worse than living with in-laws especially with baby. If you really want to save money and pay off debt you can find a couple of nice cardboard boxes and make a nice house, anything is better than in-laws. Good luck.
