Partner problems

My partner is not very sympathetic or in tune with what I'm going through. He gets frustrated more than anything. Any suggestions....?

I agree. Biologically men and women are different, our brains are wired to think and feel differently. It's a good thing not just b/c it completes the circle, but it gives us the chance to learn compassion and empathy for the other sex. Communication without hostility is key. Truth without mercy is mean and mercy without truth is a lie.

Breathe! I know it's not easy but remember that men are different. They communicate and think differently. Also he might be frustrated cause he doesn't understand what you are going through but will never admit it. I know it will sound like a cliche but I read the book ''Men are from Mars women from Venus' and now I see my husband with different eyes. He really is an alien :)
