So i have a Question, im 14weeks and my babys father hasn't told his mom, so im goin to do it but i dnt noe what should i say to her, should i ask her if she wants to.have lunch or something or just tell her on the phone

Maybe you could mention if he doesn't tell her in the next few weeks you are going to tell her... because obviously you don't want her to be offended by girl code that you didn't say anything. You could always tell him too that as a woman you know it would mean more to her coming from him.

14 weeks is still early. I didn't even tell my parents I was pregnant until 13 weeks when I was lower risk for miscarriage. I'd give him a little more time to tell his mom

Well we get along and we talk fine when were around each other,lol i just feel that he should tell her but he has not yet and that my baby shouldn't be a damm secret, i feel that hes scared to tell her

Do you have a good relationship with her? Is he okay with you telling her? I called my MIL when we told her because it's not really my husband's thing to scream and get excited.

Be careful what you wish for some MIL are a pain in the butt you might not get her off your case once baby is born...

i felt the same way wen my kids dad did wanna tell his parents, i did it for him he already had another kid i wasnt waiting till the last min to tell em my kid wasnt goin to b kept a secret lol

Yes i noe he should tell her, but its just bugging me alot cuz he has two kids too and they dnt noe that there goin to have a sister or brother, how i see it my baby is not goin to be a secret

My bf didnt tell his parents till 31 weeks.. i let him decide when to tell them. Its his responsibility and i dodnt wanna get involved . Yes they should of known earlier but yea.. i wouldn't tell her on the phone. In person would be best
