Hi there.  Sorry it is like this.  I think that is particularly hard when you are having a baby and wanting to plan and be excited about it.  Here is my best advice, leave the relationship alone for now.  You are going to bring a baby into the world and that is a huge deal.  You need to be mentally prepared for motherhood and this on and off is just distracting you from that.  I, to be safe, would plan on his not being around when you have the child and you being on your own.  So, plot out things like finances, where you'll live, how you'll work and care for baby, etc.  Those are really important things to have lined up.  If your boyfriend comes around and things go alright, then you can incorporate him back in but for now, you need to get prepared for the baby.  Maybe his seeing you acting like a grown up and putting attention and focus where it belongs will motivate him to mature and get his act together.

No matter what happens to you two, you should make it possible always for him to have a relationship with his child.  That's hard sometimes when we have a lot of back and forth history and emotion---  but as a mother, you have to rise above that and put your child's feelings first.

Good luck to you hon.  I wish you all the best.  peace
