inplantation

My last peroid was Sept. 8th and I have a 28day cycle.  We have really been trying to get pregnant,  we had intercouse Sept.17th, 19th and 20th and my fertal day was Sept. 22nd.  My inplantation was supposed to be Sept. 29th or 30th.  I have had abdominal pains all week, kinda like a stabing feeling, it hurt above my pelvic bone.  My peroid is due to come Monday Oct. 6th, but I'm thinking I could be pregnant.  If all the dates work out.

There is a condition called Blighted Ovum or early pregnancy failure. How to be aware of the condition & whether you have (or don't have) the blighted ovum?
You will experience pregnancy signs and symptoms like missed or late menstrual period and also positive pregnancy test.
At first, you will observe reddish brown stains. You may experience vaginal bleeding and abdominal cramping because of the increased hormone levels.
Similar to the normal menstrual period, you may experience flushing of the uterine walls and have heavier periods than normal.
They can vacume out the non-fetus tissue or dialate the servix and scrape out the extra tissue. No infection occors after. And you can become pregnant again like normal. Just wait 2-3 months for your body to be fully well again before stopping contraceptives.
I felt thia comment needed an imformed answere. I hope this helps some.
