37th Wk Appt Update
Hi All,
Im just back from my 37th week completion appt.well i havent put on any weight for the past 4 weeks now, so my Dr is a bit concerned. She asked me all sorts of questions.
My Baby's head is engaged now,but not really ready to come out. Cervix is soft the membrane is too thick to dialate so soon.As much the baby pushes to fit in the head, the cervix would be ready to open.It was such a painful checkup...Aarrrghhh...
she then did CTG to check the baby's heart beat and the contractions. Contractions werent accelerating so she said can wait but not further to Monday.
She will do a checkup on Monday & if i havent gained any weight or lost weight then no choice but a c-section.
I have butterflies in my tummy as though im gng for an exam..hahahah
Though i also want my baby to be out & with me at home by 3-4th Sep. Lets see what are God's plans on this.
