Wild dream last night....

Ok ladies so I've had two dreams that I'm having a girl!! The first dream was about a week ago or so and I was delivering the baby but I could not see her face. I was craying and telling my DH in my dream that the baby was faceless....and that I didn't want to take her home and she was not my baby.

Last night before going to bed I was praying, as I usually do and I was asking the Lord to just give me a small hint of the gender of my baby...that I couldn't wait any longer to find out.Well, I fell asleep and shortly after that I had a dream that my mom was watching the baby for me and she was holding and when i leaned forward to see who she looked like she looked like my DH!!! Blue eyes, dirty blonde hair and nice pink lips! I was touching her face and saying to myself what a cute baby. Then later on in the dream I saw my Dh holding the baby, by this time the baby was a little older maybe like 10 months, but I couldn't see her face, all I say was the back of her head and calling my DH DADDY in the sound of a little girl.

I know this is crazy, but how many of you that already have children have had this happened to you previously? My Dh and I really want a little girl soI don't know if it's myself concieous telling me to think is a girl.

Your thoughts are greatly appreciated, I'm going crazy here. lol

Thanks ladies soooo much for your support! I was freaking out here...I'll be happy either way if it's a girl or a boy as long as he/she is healthy!

I can always try again, and again, and again, lol

I agree w/ the others.  With dreams it can go either way.  Sometimes they are right and sometimes not :(

But either way, you will have the most beautiful baby you have ever seen!!!!  Even if it comes out purple!!   LOL!

That's right,  Yvette,,,and besides, Ari, it's kinda neat for your first born to be a boy.  You can always try again later, and again after that, if you want to keep trying for your girl. Or you could be like me, try 3 times for a girl, and end up getting 3 boys, then 10 years later end up with twins, ANOTHER BOY (Twin A - he'll come out first.) And finally, baby number, 5, Twin B, finally, after all these tries, a GIRL. She'll be absolutely rotten.  And have all these big brothers to look after her!  She'll  melt everyone's hearts.  I don't mean to sound like I have a favorite because I don't.  As a mom, it isn't possible to have favorites. We love them all the same. It's just that I finally get some pink in my world and some frilly stuff too.  Yay!   ...  It's still early yet though(13weeks) so I just hope things don't change at my next appt.  *_*

I know it's hard but don't put too much stalk in dreams.  I've had tons of baby girl dreams and I think it's because I want a girl .  So you are probably going to sleep with this on your mind and having said dreams!!    

I was without a doubt 100% sure that I was having a girl with my first pregnancy ....this was 19 years ago and they didn't do a lot of ultrasounds back then so I honestly had no idea until the baby was born.   They were very tight with giving referrals for u/s unless there was strong medical necessity.   I even bought baby girl clothes, and pink this and pink that....well to my shock i had a boy!!   Geez!  My heart sank for a split second because I had no clue what I'd do with a boy.  But the minute I held him and saw his adorable face I was in love and it didn't matter that he wasn't a girl.

I have actually heard that when you dream about a male...it's usually about a female...hopefully I am wrong!

I only dreamed about boys with my first pregnancy and it was a boy. This time I'm only dreaming about girls so I'll have to keep you posted. I find out April 1st I hope.

With my first pregnancy, I dreamed I was having a dark haired, dark eyed little GIRL.  It turned out to be a blond hair blue eyed BOY, and the love of my life.

I have heard the wive's tale about dreams being correct, though.  Who knows.
