Embarassing...am I alone on this one???

Ok...so this has been going on for a few weeks and I need to know if it's just me!   I find that fairly frequently when I cough hard or sneeze (thank you allergies!) that I (tmi) pee a little bit.  It is really hard to control.  Apparently I am carrying low and wonder if it is putting pressure on my bladder already.  I am 23 weeks tomorrow....I'm just wondering what will happen when I am 33 weeks!  Will I need diapers?!?! lol

Is this happening to anyone else?  I wear a panty liner all day, every day!

Bella is way low too and so if I sneeze I have the same problem. It's pretty funny.

its so weird you know where they are at, there are some days i can feel him higher up and other days where he is completely dancing on my bladder. a difference of maybe hour to two hour apart bathroom breaks and 10 to 20 minute apart bathroom breaks....

I think the baby's favorite postion is sitting on my bladder right now, i can go pee and 10 min later have to go back, and she loves to move around in that area, sometimes i try to push her to the side to get her to move lol, but im wearing panty liners myself bcuz i have dripples to lol.

Although I haven't had this problem, yet, I have heard that doing kegal (sp?) exercises help with that. You might already know but since no one else mentioned it I though it might help you out. I've been doing them for the last week or so. Painless and easy but its supposed to make pregnancy, labor, birth, and recovery easier.

Thanks ladies!  You have made a 35 year old woman feel normal for peeing herself!  LOL

Oh yeah totally normal....I sometimes can't even make it to the bathroom at night when I wake up to pee. It's pretty sad, not to mentioned I'm only 21 weeks and a couple days. LOL

Yep, it's normal.  When I feel a sneeze or cough coming on, I cross my legs!!  LOL!  Sometimes that helps and sometimes it doesn't.  And I can't really do that in public without making everyone look at me like I am crazy.  Ha ha!  So, that is my remedy at home anyway :)

LOL...sorry to laugh, but it is normal..I have read many stories about this. It will also happen when you laugh! So yes panty liners or even diapers...depends on your "flow"!

I have had this happen to me and have been told it will possibly get worse as you get bigger!!

Yup....i just came of a nasty case of bronchitis...lots of sneezing and coughing.  I had to wear a sanitary pad....it was horrible.  Now I wear the panty liner.  You're not alone.
