It is very common as the above posters said many of us on here are experiencing this. Eat small amounts as stated above, there are also things behind the counter at the pharmacy called sea bands ask them for a pair they are about $10, they do help some people (it's a band that goes on your wrist). Good luck!

I agree with Michele, my mourning sickness tends to happen after i eat and last throughout the day. I feel terrible, nauseated but nothing comes up. I feel lousey.  I will be talking to my Dr next friday and hopefuly there is something i can take. DF is even nauseated and vomitting.

Many of us on here are experiencing this.  It is just awful!!!!!!!!!!  I am with you.  It never ends unless I am asleep and sometimes it is actually waking me up at night, it's so bad.  Infact, I was hospitalized last week for 3 days because of it.  Talk with your doc about it.  There are safe meds they can give you.  They don't help everyone (like myself), but they work miracles for others.

Try to eat small frequent meals.  Try not to allow yourself to get "hungry".  That does tend to make it worse.  Eat bland foods.  Don't eat things that are high in fat or greasy.  Try things with ginger in it, such as teas, ginger snaps, and ginger candies.  Ice cream and popsicles, jello, pudding, things like this.  They also say that proteins help.  So, that would be meats but that one is hard for me.  I'm sure I have left some things out, but if you look below, on the right hand side of the screen, you will see something called "Morning Sickness Remedies".  I can't seem to get rid of mine, but it's worth a try to try some of these remedies.  What works for one, may not work for another, and vice versa.

Good luck!  I know how horrible it is, believe me!!
