My nose is Super-sensitive, anyone with me??

Its sounds funny, but it isnt!
My nose has become stronger than a dog..hahhaha. Anyone opens any bag or anything, i can smell and its irritating! cant cook, certain food cant smell.
hand soap, body wash, deo, detergent...nothing is bearable! I puke if i smell my hands after cleaning them with hand-wash. cant stand utensils detergent at all...so DH has to do all cleaning!
He gets irritated also....so sick! he made a real LONG face since im always unwell since im pregnant...:( :(

Is anyone else also facing the same problem?

Totally with you all, it all stinks!!! i sit on the toilet and its like all i can smell is urine like the boys must have peed on the floor or something! the dog stinks, the house stinks, oh and the cats, not to mention rubish and cooking certain foods! blah!
this will pass in a few weeks girls! yay!!!!!!!!!!

NicMom:   Oh my DH dog stinks to high heaven.  We've been letting her sleep in the laundry room at night on her pillow and in the morning I have to hold my nose when I let her out to go to the backyard.   I spray fabreeze in there and turn on the fan.   I told her she had to sleep out in th back yard soon.    He's given her a bath and she smells worse...like stinky wet dog!!

I hear your nose becomes a "super-hero" when your pregnant.  LOL!   Yes I have that special ability now.    I could smell my neighbors "pot" two houses down the other night!! LOL!  I thought i was at an AC/DC concert!

Hey, thanks so much for your replies!
Atleast i know im the alone on this earth with this funny feeling...
met my doc today, she said no problem, enjoy the smell that u like.
Problem is i dun like any smell..hahah..my hubby is not allowed any perfume or even powder...everything smells.
its worse when it comes to ANY food. I cant see, smell cheese. My DH has to hide the cheese in his bread if im arnd, i can puke at the sight of it..Urgghhhh..

yeah..am glad 1st trimester is only abt 2 more weeks :) Hope i stop smelling like a dog after that!

All of a sudden I have gotten a super nose!  And it really stinks, literly!  LoL I can't stand deoderant especially the kind my hubby wears or should I say wore because I had to make him change it to something that I could stand.  And I felt so terrible about that.  I also needed to change mine because it really buged me.  Made me want to puck!  Oh well I guess we are past that part, however, I am the same way with our dogs!  They make me want to puck as well.  I can't even come near my puppy because he constently has the "puppy smell."  Oh well I'm making it through this as good as I can.  Thank god the end of my first trimester is almost here!

Since 5weeks preggo, a lot of things i smell make me gagg. I hate when DF andDS puts on cologne ughhhhh. When i cook, i just hold my breath sometimes lol, lately ive had my son in the kitchen watching the food.

Only some smells drive me up a wall. I can't wear perfume or smell it on anyone else. Popcorn makes me queasy and my dogs stink so bad I can't stand them right now. My dh thinks I'm being mean, but if the dog made him want to puke evertime it laid down at his feet he wouldn't want to hang out with them either.

I do have a super sniffer. I can smell anything in the house from any room it's pretty funny.

Yep, I am with you totally.  I have gotten to where I actually stopped using soap in the shower.  I had to buy non scented.  I did the same with hair spray.  Anything with any smell, gets to me really bad.  It's just terrible!!!
