Night sweats and crazy dreams...

I am 32 1/2 weeks now and for the last week I have been sweating like crazy at night and not able to sleep well. Along with it, I have the craziest dreams ever and they seem so real!! I had dreams like this at the beginning of my pregnancy, but the sweating is getting to me now. My shirt is practically soaked when I wake up and we keep the air on all night on really cold. I just can't get comfy anymore, sweat through the night, crazy dreams, and my back is so sore and I know baby is getting very big because little movements hurt now. Is this all pretty normal for this stage? I just don't understand the night sweats more than anything. Tell me I'm not the only one??

Exactly...my poor husband says he is freezing at night...meanwhile I'm sweating like crazy!! lol. With all the pre-term stuff...I'm not sure I can take benadryl....but the last 2 days I have been able to sleep through the night somehow. It's amazing! =) I actually feel refreshed in the morning now.

Nope, not alone!  I am exactly the same 32 1/2 weeks and doing all those things too..my poor husband is freezing!  I am so ready to reclaim my body!!  Not too much longer I guess!!  Hang in there..that's all I know to tell you..

I take liquid childrens benedryl somtimes and at least it allows me to sleep thru the nt and not wake up to these issues so frequently?!  Maybe that will help..

the sweats are horrible, my poor husband freezes at night, its winter here, i sleep with the window open and just with a light sheet on and i still wake up drenched in sweat. Its starting to get ridiculous now.

At least I'm not the only one. It's crazy. I never sweat like that. And I agree waking up soaked is worse than the dreams. I guess it's hormones.

I've been doing it as well. Waking up soaked is worse then the dreams!
