No heart beat yet!

My wife tested positive after an IVF done 1st December 2008, today is Tuesday 13th January 2009, and we both went to hear the heart beat using vaginal ultrasound but nothing heard! The sack measured 11mm with good placenta blood flow, we can see the yoke sack, and the doctor was concerned and asked us to return next Saturday 17th for a final test. This means that its 6 weeks plus 5 days since her IVF was done. Any hope?

I still believe there is hope, it might have just been to early to see the heart beat or beats yet.
I hope everything goes well for you on the 17th and try and keep positive.
