Oh wow, im glad everything is ok.  Its ok to be a worry bug, this is my 2nd baby and im calling the ob about every little thing. Last week i was having what i thought was contractions, its was happening every 5 min for the whole day and it hurted really bad, when they hooked me up on the machine they said they were not labor contractions and my uterus is irritable(what ever the hell that means) and the dehydration is causing me to cramp and along with that they said i was experiencing round ligament pains, well that was some hell of a strecthing bcuz it lasted for 3 days, i had went to the ER two days in a row lol.  Im glad i was not in labor, im only 26weeks.   My best friend sister's friend had her baby 3 months early and just got out the hospital a month ago and looks like she was just born, that is so scary.

Again im glad everything is ok.

checked my cervix.! .. she sent out for lab work to make sure i wasnt going into pre-term labor & everything came back negative!! which is suck a relief !!

I got a maternity belt yesterday infact.  This is my 6th pregnancy.  I had one w/ my first pregnancy, but not since.  I feel so much pressure down south myself.  But I also feel it waaaaay down south.  I can feel the pelvic pressure on my bones "down there" and already walk like a penguin.  Unfortunately, the belt won't help w/ that, but I will take any relief I can get.

Hope you feel better soon :)

So i'm not sure how to tell if my boy is head down or up... but I think he is up still, I mean he's still kicking or it could be punching in my lower abdomind.  But when he is sleeping I get those same pains... And I think it's a mixture of him getting bigger and streching of the pelivic floor muscles.  But let me tell u sometimes I think he's just gunna' fall out of me.

Oh while we are on that topic, has anyone had (TMI) clitoral pain as well?  And it's kind of a dull achy pain...

I have also had some sharp pains down below.  I have assumed it's from the stretching and pressure.  I know my little guy is head down.

Let us know what your doc says!
Take care,
Stacey

You might want to buy a maternity belt(i think thats what its called) im getting one bcuz it jus seems like to much pressure, especially with all the walking i do at work.  Sometimes i walk around the house holding my belly up a little and it feels so much better that way.

You would no if she was trying to come out, those contractions would kick in, im sure its just the pressure from baby getting bigger.  Keep us posted

I had that same pain last night, nothing today. I would ask the doctor about it tomorrow. Good luck!

hmmmm....is she head down? Could be her head putting extra pressure down there. My baby is head down and I get sharp pains every now and then down there (most likely from the head bearing down). The further we get...the more intense these pains will be. I can barely walk sometimes because of sciatic nerve pain and the pain down yonder. Hopefully your doc will be able to shed some light on the issue and that it's nothing serious.
