Here, it is available over the counter.  You very well can get it where you are.  I would try it though if you can.  It helps with many things like what you are talking about plus insect bites, etc.  Good luck and I hope you can get your hands on some.  There is a lot we don't have over the counter in the US so you very well will be able to get it.  Good luck!

Oh, Mary gets this under her arm on her arm pit.  I have a daughter that is 5 that gets it on her legs behind her knees.  But this cream will help so just go to your local pharmacy and ask them if they have it.  You can get off brands and it shouldn't cost more than a few dollars.  Hopefully not too much more expensive in Singapore.

I would try some Hydrocortisone cream.  It works on exema (which is very common in infants) very well.  But if your infant has exema, it may be around for a while.  Many children have it and for most it goes away by the age of 2.  But for some, they will just have to apply creams on and off for life.  But try the Hydrocortisone cream.  Mary gets this too and it helps her.

What do the bumps look like?!  Because I know when my brother was younger and still to this day, my brother get's what's called "heat rashes."  The bumps resmeble little pimples, however, they hurt when you try to "pop" them and they usually don't "pop."  And just as the name sounds it's heat realted, try to keep tight fitting clothes off of that area, and over all try and keep him "cool," they wont go away right alway, however, they will ease up over time-- but there is no cure for it, and they will come and go with time and according to the heat!!
