Ugh....

Well, my fiance and I had booked plane tickets to leave on Mar 9th to go from TX back to NC (where we're from), and 2 weeks before the day we were set to leave, we found out we HAD to go get TX state IDs because both of our NC IDs had expired, so we went to the DMV. Well, we went through the process of paperwork and picture taking to find out that it could take 2-3 wks for the ID to arrive here. (Where we're from, they print them out on the spot, and you go home with a new ID that day) Needless to say, I've been stressed about whether or not they'll get here, because the flight was non-refundable.

Well, I found out yesterday that he hit a button accidentally on the site that canceled our plane tickets. SOOO we lost $354 anyways... but we decided to book Greyhound bus tickets for Mar 11th. A judge we talked to said that it actually takes 7-10 days for IDs to arrive, ours haven't gotten here yet, but I'm trying to will them with my brain power to arrive in the mail, like, tomorrow.

Pray that they get here, ladies! Because we've got to get back to NC to get everything for the wedding finalized ASAP, and can't afford to wait any longer to leave!

Plus, my sickness has hit full force again. It slacked off for a while, now its decided to rear its ugly head once more.

I can't believe TX id's take so long...that's a big state...in AZ you get your driver's license right away!  weird.   Good luck...I hope your situation works out.
