Update...This pain has not gone away!

So as of last wednesday I started getting these pains in my lower belly/pelvic region and it was constant with no relief. I was on modified bedrest since Friday and I can't lift anything heavy, including my son! =(  I almost went to the ER on sat. but got some relief that night. On Sunday, it finally went away and I thought I was okay. So I made an appt. with my midwife today and an hour before my appt. the pain came back once again! I'm trying my best to stay off of my feet and that helps a lot. They suspected a UTI, but I took a test from walmart (you get three strips) and the first one said positive for the white blood cell and negative for the nitrite. (that meant something could be going on, or it could be nothing) The second one was completely negative and the third was the same as the first. I was so confused.  Anyone ever take these tests and get accurate results??

My midwife took a urine sample today and I should have the results back in a day or two. I am also being sent for an ultrasound on Wed. to rule out anything else that could be going on. I am nervous of course, but excited to see the baby again! I pray it's nothing at all. What is making me nervous is, I am not having the tipical symptoms of a UTI. I am peeing more often, but that's it. No burning, no spotting, and no unusual discharge.
The baby's heartrate is great and I've been feeling movement, so that's a good thing. But I'm still concerned. My midwife said if nothing shows up in the tests, then maybe it's just ligaments stretching and the uterus growing. She said in subsequent pregnancies, it can be more painful. Ugh!! I just want some answers. Anyone else been through this or felt like this?

Sorry this is so long. Thanks for listening!! I'll update when I get my results back!

You could try a warm bath or a heating pad and see if that helps.

Well i was having the same type of pain few days ago, i actually went to the er to get checked out bcuz i was concerned.  They put me on the monitor, i was not having contractions, and i asked her to make sure my cervix was closed so she looked and felt it and did a test with a stick to see if my membranes had ruptured.  I have been having the pains for a while, but i actually went to er bcuz i fell down the stairs and was not sure if  urine came out or if it was something else.

I asked her about the pressure im feeling and the pain, she told me when you've been preggo often you feel things quicker, you start showing early and you may experience pain earlier.

I pray it is nothing wrong and just round ligament for you.  They didnt do an u/s on me, my DR was at the hospital 4 hours ago b4 i had got there to deliver a baby so they called her at home to tell her what was going on with me, since i was not having contractions she told them not to do an u/s since i will be getting one 2mrw.  I was just glad that it was urine and nothing else.

I tried tylenol the other day for a bad headache I had and for some reason I couldn't keep it down. 4 hours later took 2 more and same thing happened. For some reason my body was rejecting them. So I am scared to take anymore. And plus, I hardly ever get pain relief from tylenol. Do you know of anything else that is safe to take for pain?

Well I don't have any other suggestions from since last time, but be sure to update and let us know what those results are. I can't remember have you tried tylenol?
