When Should I Take Pregnancy Test???

Hello,  I hope to be joining this forum shortly!  My hubby and I are trying to get pregnant with baby #2, we have a beautiful daughter who just turned 3.  We have been utilizing ovulation tests, and for December the tests showed my prime days to conceive as January 1-3.  When do you think I should take a pregnancy test to see if I am pregnant?  I do not want to take one too early, but want to know ASAP!

Also,  I have noticed for the past few days (including today) I have mild cramping around where my left ovary is, do you think this means anything?

Emmas Mom

Congrats to all you pregnant mommas! :)

I tested 5 days before i was due for my period, i was due on Christmas day and i tested early because i wanted to know if i could drink on Christmas day or not. I got a faint second line so i tested again on the 24th and it was deinately positive. I used a test called "discover"not sure if you get them over there but they could be tested up to 4 days before your due date.
GOOD LUCK.

I personally wouldn't test until your cycle is due; however as the above poster said it is possible to get early results. However, if they are negative early results wait and retest. Goodl luck, keep us posted!

Well, it depends, some women implant early so hcg levels are detected early. You could test as early as 5 days b4 your cycle is due, i tested on CD27, one day b4 my cycle, only bcuz i had got so tired for nothing the day b4 and took a long nap(which i usually dont do)  Sending you much baby dust and i have my fingers crossed for you.
