lower abdominal pain during my pregancy, could this be ok or should i visit the doctor??

I am 15 weeks pregnant and woke up in the middle of the night with pains on the right side of my ovaries it felt like when I was stretching I actually pulled something do you think I should take a trip to the doctors
Its usually  when I move is when i feel it.  Like when I lean over or am sitting down and go to stand up and sometimes its so painful i feel it when i walk in right leg.
also my pee problem  if i dont go in at least 2 to 3 hours my bladder begins to hurt severely. the other night i woke up to go and i couldnt stand up, I had to lean over and walk to the bathroom because it was hurting so bad and I usually have to go at least twice a night.

I agree with "slzerbst", it is usually normal. Even i had immense pain in lower abdomen betw 14 and 15th week. My doc told me either it is wind or the uterus is stretching to make more space. and at this time it tends to move upward, so we all tend to show up a bit atleast.
im in my 16th week now and by God's grace i feel better in terms of abdomen pain. Though i too experienced the pain on my right side hip to leg.Based on a post regarding sleeping on 1 side, i think i had this problem as i tend to sleep on my back most of the times in the night.
Dont worry, but it is always best to not take anything for granted and consult ur dr.

I actually had a doctor's appointment yesterday and started having some lower abdominal pains a few days prior, my doctor say that they are compleatly normal.  And that indeed it was you ueterus streching to make room for baby.  When mine get really bad, I sit down and put a heating pad on my abdomind and that seems to take it away.  Also take some tylenol if you can't use a heating pad.

Sounds like round ligament pain and that's normal, but if you feel really uncomfortable then you should call the dr and talk to them about it. If I wait too long to go pee I have the same pain there is no messing around when a pregnant woman has to get to the bathroom.
