Hey chicky. I am sorry I missed your post before. I know what you are going through. Blood clots by any means are seriously dangerous. I had 2 blood clots the size of grapefruits in my uterus when my first son was born and somehow they were never detected. Your doctor might prescribe you an injectable blood thinner like heparin or lovenox.

Same boat.   Early pregnancy did an ultra sound before they could even see anything and they said there was blood in the uterus, which is common in early pregnancy.  I went back the next week and they saw a gestational sac and yolk sac and away from the pregnancy they noted there was blood in the uterus.  The Dr. said it wasn't anything to be concerned about and he would just keep an eye on it.  He said they usually disappear.  I have another ultra sound scheduled for Tuesday- I'll let you know how it goes.   Keep me updated.
Best of luck

i had a large bleed on the 8th Jan, and so had an early scan on the 12th Jan which showed a healthy 7week fetus, it also showed a 5cm bruise on my uterus, i'm having a repeat scan on the 25th Jan, to check on the bruise my midwife says that it will probably have either disappeared all together or atleast have decreased in size, she says that uterine bruising can be cause by implantation, i'll let you know how i go on
Love Dawn xx
