Felt baby move!!

I was laying on my back on the couch watching tv. I felt this weird feeling and thought no that can't be the baby it's to early I'm gonna be 16 weeks on Thursday. As I laid there I felt it a few more times. I finally poked my finger where I was feeling it. I then felt the same feeling on the other side of my stomach so I'm sure it was the baby.

It was weird and facinating.

it feels weird cause it tickles :) pretty soon the movements will get stronger.

Yep it did I have felt baby about 6 times in last 15 minutes. It's still a very weird feeling.

I usually feel baby late at night. I don't feel to often I figure it's still pretty early.  I just drank a glass of cold water so I'll see if that gets baby moving.

Congrats! Its so cool when you feel baby move for the first time!
When I was pregnant with my first I didnt feel much anything but the odd 'flutter' until I was almost 17 weeks, this time Im 15 weeks and can feel baby moving around! I love it!
It feels like the baby is pushing up against me...on the inside. When I a using my doppler sometimes I can actually feel the baby move where I have the doppler, I can feel the baby through the 'probe'!
I hope everyone gets to feel their baby move soon!

how ofter do you feel them? is it certain times like after eating, drinking, or having a full bladder? do you worry if you dont feel anything?

If it's a first time pregnancy most women won't feel anything until between 16-20 weeks.  You should be feeling definate movements by 20-22 weeks.  Women who are on a subsequent pregnancy will feel them earlier..usually around 14-16 weeks.  I'll be 15 weeks tomorrow and have been feeling flutters for about a week now...but this is pregnancy # 8 (#6 that has made it to the 2nd trimester).

Awww I'm jealous! I can't wait till I'm farther along and get to feel baby moving <3 I'm starting to get a little bit of a belly though and I'm super ecstatic about that, though at the same time it's weird cause everyone is like "your getting a belly!" and it is almost awkward lol.

so jealous! i have been having poking the last 2 days but i think it is too much to be the baby and doesnt feel very light.  oh well, im sure it will come soon since im 16 weeks too.

oh my.... i just asked about this today. you should def be feeling them by 16 weeks....so i read :) i notice a lot of something, what? i dont know...lol. usually after i drink cold water or juice. i feel it really low on the left side of my stomach and i know thats where the baby was on ultrasound. who knows? cant wait til im 16 weeks :)
