Bleeding after sex

This morning after having sex i began bleeding, has anyone ever experienced this before? I am not cramping and the bleeding only went on for about 5 minutes, but it was enough to freak me and my partner out. I am due september 7th.

I had it on valentines day.  I got checked just incase.  Baby was fine and they said pelvic rest til I got to see my obgyn. I was 500 miles away from home on vacation. So I just wanted piece of mind. It was my first time experiencing bleeding after sex and this is my 3rd pregnancy

During pregnancy your cervix is very, very sensitive and it doesn't take much to cause bleeding.  If you're nervous, you can always call your doctor just to get checked but usually when you report bleeding the first thing they ask you is if you had sex recently.  If it stopped and was not accompanied by cramps, I would think that it was probably your cervix.
