Contractions and sharp pains in my vagina. the pain has gotten worse over the last week.is there a reason for this? I'm not use to having them both at the same time.

I am less than three weeks and my shower is this weeks end ughh hopefully the baby doesn't come soon LOL  but I hope my advice helped you :)

I have been having that same thing to and my doctor says that it can be the baby going lower prepareing you for labor. don't worry or freak out I am less than 3 weeks away from my due date and I have gone in and out for vaginal pain as well as cramping and contractions. look up this thing called BRAXTON HICKS, that's probably what it is.  I have thous and they hurt really bad to the point of no walking and talking its normal. but if ur water brakes or the contractions are 5 mins apart count and if they r go to ur hospital.
