labored breathing

I am 9 weeks pregnant and I am experiencing labored breathing. It occurs mostly in the mornings, regardless if I am sitting or standing, but also occurs if I am on my feet for any amount of time (grocery shopping, cooking, laundry, etc.) It is semi relieved if I sit down but that isn't always possible with work. I am 5'8", 125 lbs. So I am not over weight and I tend to be an active person. Any ideas what it might be?

Increased bloodflow leads to shortness of breath. Everything should be ok.
