Is anyone else still really tired, by 2 I could take a nap for 2-3 hours, so exhausted all the time I hoping this will pass
After 6 weeks I always take naps. Keeping in mind I work a 12 hour night shift.. I slept from 6a-430p and then was back to sleep by 10p-2a. It's almost 5a now and I'm awake but getting sleepy again. My sleep is all messed up but I definitely sleep a lot more!
