I can so relate! I was diagnosed with narcolepsy awhile ago. When i am not pregnant, I take meds for it. This is my fourth baby and again I can't take my meds during pregnancy. I was taught to take short naps and eat a ton of protein. It helps a lot, but I always don't get short naps! If I eat too many carbs at one time, my body literally feels like it could sleep for days! Hope you are able to rest and I hope you know I can relate....oh I can!
I've read more iron helps! I'd research on it more not sure where I heard it. I'm 17 as well. :-D
